SJR Properties Cyprus is a company offering several privately owned villas for rent in Ayia Thekla, a small village in the South Eastern corner of the island. Ayia Thekla is 30 mins drive from Larnaca airport, 5 mins from Ayia Napa and 15 mins from Protaras. This area offers the best beaches, tavernas, restaurants, entertainment and nightlife on the whole island.

The villas are located in the same area hence they will not only suit individual groups or families but also larger groups wishing to holiday together with the option of privacy.

On arrival in Cyprus you may want to hire your own car to get to the villa which is very easy to find or alternatively we can arrange airport transfers and also arrange for your hire car to be waiting for you on arrival at the villa.

Shortly after your arrival at your villa, our representative will visit you to share their local knowledge about the resort, area and all there is to see and do. During your holiday you may not need their services, but we're sure you'll feel better knowing they are there.
