Never been to a villa before, this was a new experience. What a surprise when we arrived to find such a luxurious pad! Bedrooms spotless, spacious and extremely comfortable. Having been in Cyprus twice before, once in the accommodation from hell to come to such a wonderful accommodation was just heaven. Your own pool - no diving about trying to get sunbeds. Restaurants: Blueberries - Just fantastic. What great grub and very well presented. Made very welcome. Pagoda - First chinese restaurant we visited on the island, no need to go to any others this is well worth a visit. Different Class. Still talking about food, what about the BBQ? Absolutely quality, BBQ grub anytime you fancy. This was great because due to weather back home we very rarley have the opportunity to cook outside on the BBQ. Another bonus not having to queue up to use public telephones. The mobile phone in the villa, great and convenient, just buy a top up card and away you go. Instant communication to your family and friends back home, making them totally jealous when you start telling them about this fabulous place. Also cannot believe you get SKY TV every channel, real bonus. Well we are near the end of our 2 week break and no complaints, we definitely hope to come back here in the not too distant future. We will also be recommending the villas to our family and friends. We would also like to mention Liz from across the road. She welcomed us on our arrival and was very nice, that made us feel at home right away.The owner kept in contact by telephone, just to make sure everything was ok. Anyway thanks for everything, fabulous.

The pool was a haven of fun
With the owner, the happiest of all

The food, it was an adventure
To waste would have been a sin
But the BBQ’s were the winner
With our own Gordon Ramsay being Lynn

Too soon it was time to come home
And we got ready to pack
The driver came to pick us up
And we were sad to go back

The place, the people, the villa
And the owner was extremely cool
But the lasting memory of our week
Was the fun we had by the pool

Great week. We've all had a relaxing week drinking and eating out. Kids have been in pool from morning till night. The villa is lovely and very spacious. The weather has been great, the sun has shone every day. The villa is in a great location. The restaurants you have recommended were also great. We went to Fiji which was different, Pagoda and tonight we are going to the Japanese. We've all had a brilliant, relaxing holiday. Back to the bad British weather unfortunately. Thank you for everything, from our transport to and from the airport, the car and a well equipped abode. Hope to return sometime in the not too distant future.

We've all had a great time, returned here after a great holiday in villa next door earlier in the year. Villa is superb, loved the private pool and SKY TV, villa suits whole family. Car arranged was excellent standard. Standard of furnishings etc superb. Will be back next year (if you've any weeks left as think this will be snapped up again!)Well done, look forward to coming back, very sorry to be leaving.

What can we say. We have been to some nice (and a lot not so nice) hotels but there is always something missing. The one thing you don't get in a hotel is Home Comforts. This villa has everything a quality hotel has to offer and more. Private pool, SKY TV, remote control air conditioning, gas BBQ, washing machine and even an ice cream van, I mean what more could you ask for? The place cannot be faulted. Cheers for a memorable week. Hope to see you in the not too distant future.

Excellent villa with all the mod-cons for a perfect holiday. Ayia Napa has a bad reputation. We could not see why. It has the most amazing restaurants and brilliant nightlife. Here's to our next holiday here in Napa!! We would have to think twice about going for anything other than a villa in the future. To be able to walk out in the morning and jump straight into the pool was a dream come true. Cold drinks on tap and a BBQ at hand made this all a holiday to remember.

What a villa! This place is amazing. We all had an excellent time by the pool and don't want to go home!! The fact that we had SKY TV and could watch Big Brother whenever we wanted just topped it off! Graeme and Jimmy never got to 'Toga Toga' even though they did try to persuade us it was just a pub – aye right! Ah well we'll definitely be back soon. Thanks for an outstanding holiday.

The villa has been just perfect and the pool, we couldn't go back to communal one now, so much privacy. The area around the villa is very quiet and relaxing and top of all this we can still watch our favourite programmes on SKY TV. We're in heaven!! The recommended restaurants have been brilliant and although Blueberries is not the one with the best surroundings the food far exceeds the others, excellent! Ayia Napa was a lovely surprise after a lot of bad publicity. I didn't know what to expect but it has lovely eating places, shops and the harbour was a lovely surprise.We came here worn out with work and in need of a well earned break which is just what we got, it's been brilliant. Thanks for everything.

Two words to describe the villa here? First Class. Our experience here almost rivals our honeymoon last summer! The villa is spotlessly clean, modern and stylish - a real 'home from home' bit with the hot weather! Cyprus is a wonderful island, rich in history and full of many wonderful artefacts, depicting the changing times and the tradegy of Nicosia is a 'must see', heart breaking (but fascinating) to see this divided city. We also took a mini cruise to Egypt, what an experience! We cannot believe the beauty of the Tutankhamen tomb in the Cairo musuem and of course the breathtaking pyramids and Sphinx (just watch out for all the street sellers and especially camels. Don't be tricked into getting a 'photo taken as they get very angry if you don't pay them! All in all a fantastic holiday, what more could you want? Very sad to go tonight but looking forward to picking up our cat tomorrow (although we will be in her bad books for a few days...the holiday was worth it)We will definitely be back, next time with friends as there's still so much to see and do. Many, many thanks for a perfect villa!

Hey, superb week. Was sceptical about weather this late in the year but we've had 5 days out of 6 that wouldn't be out of place during August. The recommended food spots were excellent, particularly Sage. Beautiful villa in a fabulous location. Excellent!

Fantastic holiday, the villa is superb, the location superb. Great way to chill out and relax with all our family. Next door neighbours were very very friendly. Excellent way to spend a family holiday. It was so good that when the rest of the family went home, Mum and Dad stayed for another 5 days. Bliss! The owner makes you very welcome and is a great provider of information on where to go to drink and eat. He's not so great as a pool cleaner, especially when out the night before on the bevvy with some of our gang. Will be back next year if we have not bought a villa ourselves beforehand.

Wow, what an excellent place. We had the most wonderful stay and are definitely coming back soon! We were totally spoiled here and Ayia Napa is far better than expected. There was something for all ages. Food was exceptional, weather was amazing, villa was too good for words! Kids loved it here and so did the oldies! No complaints, no faults and that's a first!

Arrived to find the place spotless. Very fresh and clean, outstanding SKY TV is a big plus. Pool is excellent and the patio area is ideal for relaxing. Cypriot telephone is very handy, the owner had arranged taxi and takeaway numbers etc which were a great help. Standard of the interior is first class and couldn't be faulted. Very handy having all the mod cons here. Only complaint is having to leave! Ideal for families, am booking again now as it will be rebooked quickly. Ayia Napa is a lovley place and nightlife would suit all ages despite the bad publicity, wish I'd found it years ago.

We would all like to say thank you. This has been a wonderful, relaxing and enjoyable week. The weather was great, the villa was superb and to have a pool to ourselves, perfect!! All the comforts of home with a pool and plenty of sunny weather, we couldn't have asked for more. Look forward to seeing you again soon.

We have had the best 2 weeks of Summer in this lovely villa "holiday home". Very comfortable and excellent private pool. The children have enjoyed swim time and SKY TV was very useful for the little ones. Not sure of where to go with 2 young children on holiday, this has been a fantastic first family holiday experience. Love the decor and tranquil surroundings.Very relaxing and special memories of our stay at the villa.

What a fantastic time we have had! The sun has shone every day. We have eaten some fantastic food and would recommend the Garden restaurant if you have small children as they have a good play area and mum and dad can enjoy their dinner and a nice glass of something! Also the Kokkaido japanese restaurant in Ayia Napa can also be a great night. Our villa was like home from home and we couldn't ask for anything more. We enjoyed out stay so much we are returning again in August for another 2 weeks.

What a place. Everything you ever needed for a villa holiday and more. SKY TV, phone for taxi's just brilliant. Recommended restaurants in Welcome File are all worth a visit. This is our first villa holiday and we like having the privacy of our own space during the day and the advantage of having the buzz of Ayia Napa at night. Couldn't have asked for more. First class in every respect. We will definitely be back to villa very soon.

What can I say that's not been said already! Fabulous accommodation in a great place. One of the most enjoyable and relaxing holidays we have had, even the trauma of a lost suitcase faded into insignificance in a matter in a few hours. Thanks for everything. We have stayed in a few villas but none as well fitted. Everything is so fresh and new, and obviously well thought out. I never thought I would say it on holiday but even SKY TV was a big plus. The only complaint? A week is far too short. Hope to be back soon.
