This luxury villa has everything you will need for a fantastic holiday in Cyprus. Located in a private development of only 10 houses whilst only 10 minutes walk from the centre of the lively resort of Ayia Napa. Also, only 15 minutes walk away is the beautiful Nissi Beach, reckoned to be one of the best in the Meiterranean. This friendly resort that has something to appeal to all ages.
The villa offers luxury acomodation for up to eight people. There are two twin rooms and one en-suite double all with their own balconies. There is a family bathroom with jacuzzi and a downstairs cloakroom toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge and dining area are furnished to a very high standard, including a television and DVD/CD player with a selection of DVDs for your entertainment.
In the garden there is a private 16ft by 32ft pool. A built in barbecue providing al fresco cooking. There is a fridge in the roof house and a patio table and chairs, provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the fantastic views over Ayia Napa and Nissi Bay.
